| Which Course Expo is Dublin's Largest Course Fair and takes place Saturday/Sunday 27th/28th August 2011 at the RDS, Dublin. This year's event will take place at the RDS Industries Hall and will be bigger and better than ever. Planning is already well underway, which will feature over 100 course providers and will be aimed at course seekers throughout the Greater Dublin region. In addition to numerous course providers exhibiting a vast array of courses, upskilling programmes, distance learning, careers information and leisure opportunities; we will also have a lively weekend of seminars and practical displays; and a Career Clinic, where visitors will be free to put all their career development and job-seeking questions to qualified guidance counsellors. Jane Downes will be running a seminar and heavily involved in The Career Clinic over the two days. She will also have a stand there where her book will be for sale. |

Dublin City Public Libraries continues its 2011 Career Direction and Development Programme on Thursday, 9th June, at 6.30pm in the Business Information Centre, Central Library, Henry Street, Dublin 1 with a free workshop given by Jane Downes.
This interactive workshop will look at how to stay on track in the jobs market, while still having an effective plan of action in mind. How can you be more proactive in your job search while maximising your chances of finding employment or changing careers. |
