To learn personal boundaries and de clutter in order to prioritise what is important in your life. To recognise what it is that is keeping you stuck and to gain the courage to more out of your comfort zone and set very clear goals for yourself and YOUR LIFE.

2. Career Coaching

Jane uses her qualification as a career coach assessor and background in Recruitment & HR Consulting to unleash possible new and exciting career avenues for clients and/or to create a development plan to upgrade a client’s current job. This process is based on Mark Twains famous quote “explore, dream, discover”. Jane works on these three distinct phases with her clients through her career coaching process. During the Explore phase, the aim of this is for the client to find out vital self knowledge like what makes him tick and what he has to offer this world in terms of work and skills. To assist with this phase a range of personality assessment tools are used as a guide along with specific career coaching exercises and powerful questioning. The Dream phase is where she draws out the clients own creativity and resourcefulness to create new possibilities with the coach. The Discover phase is where the client decides on new chosen career path and most importantly creates a clear action plan to move in that direction. It is here that Jane uses her strong market knowledge to assist in the planning phase. She firmly believes that in the past people choose careers based on what they can do whereas in today’s climate its about choosing a career based on what you can do AND WHO YOU ARE.
