Coaching Experience

Having worked in the rapidly evolving and growing IT sector for over 15 years, Susan brings a combination of real commercial understanding combined with people management at all levels. Susan and her partner started and have subsequently sold a successful Irish software company. With this experience, she enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business owners too.

As part of her work she now specialises in setting up HR functions, in-house coaching programmes, one to one coaching and has a real understanding of business processes, organisational structures and the high expectations that employees are operating at in today.
